CPE ISW is made up of a team of seven project managers dedicated to designing, delivering and sustaining advanced technologies to give our Soldier the decisive edge. With offices located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Fort Belvoir, VA, Fort Gordon, GA and Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA, the CPE for ISW leads a team of Soldiers, DoD Civilians and Contractors in fielding systems that cover the gamut of military needs.

COL David Bergmann, Project Manager Cyber Warfare (PM CW), LTC Erik Kifune, Product Manager Offensive Cyber Warfare (PdM OCW), and Mr. Wayne Sok, Product Manager Defensive Cyber Warfare (PdM DCW), joined industry partners at the AFCEA Belvoir Chapter monthly industry engagement luncheon. During the discussion, PM CW provided an overview of its organizational mission and vision, delved into capability needs, and answered questions from industry partners.

Feedback from a field demonstration for the Soldiers of the 11th Cyber Battalion reinforced the need for a “develop once, deploy everywhere” framework for non-kinetic cyber effects used to disrupt and neutralize enemy signals across the electromagnetic spectrum.

Army announced several agreements for Development of Prototype Counter-Space Surveillance Capabilities
REDSTONE ARSENAL, AL – The Army announced the award of five standalone Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements to Ideas, Commitment, Results (ICR) (18.8M), Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR-Kord) (22.4M), Northrop Grumman-Xetron ($6.9M); Raytheon ($7.6M) and Systems & Technology Research, LLC (STR) ($10.9M) to develop and deliver prototypes for Electromagnetic Warfare systems. The agreements are for an 18 to 20-month period of performance.
