CPE ISW is made up of a team of seven project managers dedicated to designing, delivering and sustaining advanced technologies to give our Soldier the decisive edge. With offices located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Fort Belvoir, VA, Fort Gordon, GA and Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA, the CPE for ISW leads a team of Soldiers, DoD Civilians and Contractors in fielding systems that cover the gamut of military needs.

Warrior Corner Panel Explores AI, Intel and EW for Maneuver Forces
A five-member CPE ISW-led panel discussed Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare and took questions from a packed venue during a Warrior Corner at the 2026 Maneuver Warfighter Conference in Fort Benning, GA.
During the 60-minute Warrior Corner, panelists focused on electromagnetic warfare systems that support maneuver forces, key intelligence platforms that augment maneuver forces, and how AI-enabled NGC2 data ecosystems provide actionable data and intelligence to maneuver commanders.
Army Awards the First Two Production Contracts Using the Rapid Electromagnetic Warfare & Signals Intelligence (REWSI) Call for Solutions
