Product Lead Reconnaissance, Intelligence, Sensors, and Effects (PL RISE) continues to support the mission at the southern border. During Operation Ardent Vanguard, PL RISE tactical operations lead, Joshua Block, briefed on the capabilities of the Persistent Surveillance System-Tethered (PSS-T) aerostat, which provides persistent wide-area surveillance to enhance situational awareness and support border security operations.
